Completamente indipendente prende il nome dai grandi Oleandri che nel periodo estivo profumano gradevolmente l'aria e danno una nota di colore al giardino in cui è immerso questo piccolo gioiello... nota particolare; la piscina si trova a pochi metri davanti all'ingresso e per questo è particolarmente gradita alle famiglie che possono così guardare "a vista" i propri figli.
